NEA’s founder and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Joel Sherard, has been involved in the business of revenue recovery since 1989.  He previously worked for a Fortune 200 company where he held positions of increasing responsibility over a career spanning twenty-one years. His introduction to the tax credit recovery business came from serving in various officer positions with other tax credit recovery companies before starting National Employment Associates in 1993.  Joel recognized excellent customer service was the foundation for an effective organization that would attract new business by demonstrating value for existing clientele.  To this end, our customers have served to “spread the news” about NEA and are considered our most valuable marketing resource.

Every business incurring a federal tax liability and hiring entry-level employees can participate in these valuable programs.
